Peach Kasundi with Honey & Wattleseed


An Indian style chutney that has depth and is mildly spicy.

Serving suggestions: cheese plate condiment, a stand-alone marinade for chicken, condiment to a curry.

If using as a marinade, add 1 tablespoon to 2 tablespoons natural Greek yogurt. Let it marinate for at least half an hour, before baking or barbecuing.
